Dr.
Ashok Iyengar has a Ph.D with specialization in food science and
technology and human nutrition. He has thirty years of experience in
planning, implementing and evaluating food and nutrition projects
Dr.
Mrs. Nandhini Iyengar, Ph.D in English, has thirty years of experience
in administration. During this period, she has also edited scientific
and technical journals and papers, as well as a collection of essays and
short stories for university courses. In addition, she has authored a
complete series of text books for teaching English at the primary and
secondary levels.
Dr.
Vasuprada Iyengar has a Ph.D with specialization in food science and
nutrition. Her post-doctoral studies have focused on therapeutics and
nutraceuticals.
